How I work
A project is supposed to ship on time with the features that were agreed. It slips when politics, pressure, or a thin grasp of the work gets in the way. I have spent 25 years in those teams, since I started in Macromedia Flash, and the job is still to finish the scope, on time and within budget. Say Yup stands for staying pragmatic and looking past the usual borders. Therefore I keep myself up to date through RSS feeds, newsletters, X, and YouTube, and I play with open source projects.
